A Portland Kitchen
Clarklewis sits on the eastside of the Willamette at Water Avenue and Taylor — an open-kitchen room of wood, glass, and quiet light, with an unbroken view of cooks at the line and the wood-fired oven going all night.
The plates are Northwest at their core, with Italian and French restraint. Pastas are hand-cut with Shepherds Grain flour. Greens come from Sunrise Organic, beets from Montecucco Farms, chicken from Mary's, lamb from Anderson Ranch, pork from Carlton Farms.
